Drury's fury
i am returning to drury lane,
that became for a while the home
of Anne and John Donne, who were so
unjustly undone, as the holy family by almost
everybody but a few, who were loyal
to them at the altar and in the pew,
which was to them also nothing new.
coming back a few incarnations later
and I find a coffee shop with beans
that spill to me yet many another traitor,
at the end of Drury lane, where the
secret society as the ultimate insult
to John Donne makes still pacts with
the devil and wants Him and His family
again undone. But this time He has come
back as the Lord Himself, and He will teach
them a lesson that they will never forget,
and He will point at the many a sniper,
as there are many in the City of London,
who secretly are slithering as a viper,
who are out for the holy family's kill
with their swords and Smythe & Weston
or with some Medici poison in the poisson.
And they are also the ones, who have helped
Elizabeth I. and Drake to hide away
the treasure in many a portion from
Nuestra Senora de la Concepcion!
